KL wedding fairs: what’s on, and what the offers are really worth

When and where each fair runs, whether entry is free, and how to set a fair-only offer against the hotel’s own published price before you pay a deposit.

Fair offers against the hotel’s own price

No hotel we track has published a fair-only offer yet. On 5 October 2026 we read the wedding or events pages of 15 KL hotels and found none. 3 more (Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur, Hilton Kuala Lumpur, Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur) refused our check.

When a hotel publishes an offer on its own page, it appears here next to the price that hotel prints, so you can see the real saving. Until then, take the hotel’s printed price to the stand: every one is on the hotel prices page, with what’s added on top and the minimum.

Questions to ask at a fair stand

Then put the offer into the banquet calculator next to the hotel’s published price.
